Please read this document carefully before using the mint33 platform. By accessing or using any part of our platform, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to all the terms set out herein.
Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

Account Creation & Security Responsibilities

Each user is only permitted to hold one account only. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
Mint33 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including during the withdrawal process or when suspicious activity is detected.
Password & Login Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. mint33 will never request your password via email, message or phone call. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our customer support immediately.
All activity carried out through your account — including bets placed, transactions, or changes to your information — is considered your own action unless you have reported a account compromise to us.
Payments, Transactions and Currency
All transactions on the mint33 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via approved local payment methods, including but not limited to online bank transfers (FPX), e-wallets and other local methods available from time to time.
Deposit Limits and Conditions
The minimum deposit amount depends on the selected payment method and is subject to change in accordance with current platform policies. Users are responsible for ensuring they use a payment method registered in their own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the same account holder's name. mint33 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method and cannot be guaranteed by the platform in circumstances beyond our control.
Any attempt to manipulate the payment system, including the use of fraudulent transactions or unauthorised chargebacks, will result in account termination and appropriate legal action.
Platform Usage Rules and Limitation of Liability
Prohibited Use

- Sharing your account with other users or granting third-party access

- Registering an account using false information or another person's identity
Platform Limitation of Liability
Mint33 is not liable for any loss, damage or disruption arising from:
- Unavoidable technical disruptions, including server or network issues
- Third-party actions beyond the platform's control
- Losses incurred as a result of the user's own gambling decisions
- Unauthorised access to an account due to the user's failure to safeguard their login credentials
- Device failure or loss of internet connection during a gaming session
Account Suspension, Closure and Intellectual Property
Account Suspension and Closure
Mint33 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon instruction from a competent authority. Where an account is closed due to a breach, the account balance may be withheld pending investigation.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Any valid remaining balance will be refunded upon completion of the identity verification process.
Intellectual Property
All content on the mint33 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software and user interfaces — is the property of mint33 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify or use any such content for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from mint33.
Third-Party Links
The mint33 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as game providers and payment processors. mint33 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party sites or services. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms of service separately.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
